About Us
Our company has been serving the Endicott area
since 1947 when Paul T. Frazier began Frazier & Son after returning
from World War II. He and his son, Graydon, built the business one
satisfied customer at a time, and it became one of the largest Custom
Home Builders in the area. Paul T. was also a major force in the real
estate and commercial market for many years. Paul T’s son, Graydon (Stub), was the past President of the business and prided himself in carrying on with his father's business and carrying on his father's traditions and loyalty to their customers.
They anticipated that Graydon’s son, Greg, would one day take the reins and continue the long family relationship with the people of the Southern Tier. Greg has stepped up to the challenge of maintaining the family commitment with pride. He currently owns and operates Frazier & Son, Inc. Greg brings his engineering education and family experiences to the next higher level, above and beyond the expectations of his loyal customers.
Our main office remains in the Southern Tier where we currently have under twenty five employees.
We offer exclusive design-build homes, Real Estate needs and Property Management services.
